San Mateo Crossing

The San Mateo Crossing project is a planned 352 unit Class A multifamily rental housing community that is being developed on the west side of Orange Avenue just north of Osceola Parkway in the southern tier of the Orlando metropolitan area. Osceola Parkway is the main east-west artery between the Florida Turnpike and Walt Disney World ten miles west of the site, while Orange Avenue runs north from Osceola Parkway through the Orlando area up to Winter Park. The Sunrail Osceola site is located on approximately 18 acres fronting the west side of Orange Avenue, across the street from the site of the Osceola Parkway (a/k/a Tupperware) Sunrail station. The Osceola Parkway station is the second of four stations in Phase II, which will expand Sunrail into Osceola County.
